Prosperity Pathways WorkBridge™ is a workforce stabilization and economic mobility program designed to help low-income adults meet federal SNAP and Medicaid work requirements while building skills and transitioning to sustainable employment or entrepreneurship.

The program provides:

Flexible, documented 1099 work

Automated time tracking and compliance reporting

Workforce training and coaching

Career pathway placement

This allows participants to maintain access to food, healthcare, and housing supports while increasing income and workforce readiness.

Recent federal policy changes now require many adults receiving SNAP and Medicaid to document at least 80 hours per month of work or community engagement. However, the modern labor market no longer provides enough flexible, verifiable employment for low-income adults to meet these requirements.

As a result, individuals are losing:

Housing stability

Here's how this program operates

Application for Participation

Participants for this program are selected based on a set criteria.

Tailored Work Solutions

When an applicant is accepted into the program they are given work roles tailored to their skill set and goals for their chosen career path.

Compassionate Support

We know that facing life and career challenges can be stressful, overwhelming, and emotional. Our team's approach with every case is with empathy and understanding, offering the support you need during difficult times.

Training with Skill Development

The participant is trained for the tasks associated with their work stream and in the process will build more skills that can be used as an employee or employer.

Time tracking and compliance reporting

ABWD rules and restriction require time tracking and compliance reporting and we assist with that.
